The Maison Masse has been a family company for 4 generations, and today is still a business on a human scale, distributing its own brand trough 4 regional offices.

Our guiding principal: TASTE. For our foie gras range, our criteria are those elements which result in the best possible taste: rearing, type of food, time-scale. Our complementary range of products from small producers bears the brand Masse Editeur de Goût. Our brand is totally dedicated to Chefs as well and retail stores.

We are recognized by the profession,
