Description

Since 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo produces artisan pastas of high quality thanks to a strengthened know-how over the years: exclusive use of bronze in paste extrusion phase, slow drying (40/60 hours) at low temperature (max. 50°C). The result: firm, rough and marked in taste products.

Some references available in conditioning of 6Kg and without gluten.
