Beef meat from the Leon region, coming from the best beef thighs, then salted, dried, smoked and slowly ripened. This meat has a very high proteins concentration and a low one of fat.

Also available in small pieces of 300g to 600g and molded Cecina.
Pre-sliced and vacuum product, approx. 80g.
